    SHIPPING
    All orders shipped within the continental US will be shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail provides a standard .00 Insurance First class does not. If you feel you need additional Insurance please contact us to purchase additional Insurance for your product? We do not purchase additional insurance unless instructed by the buyer to cover their order! All orders that cannot be shipped UPS will be sent via freight truck. Transit time for most domestic orders range from 1 day to 7 days: depending on the distance from our shop.
    International Orders
    will be shipped the best way depending on the weight and size via EBAY international shipping. When other arrangements are needed prior quotation will be provided via email to any destination. For shipments going outside the US there may be dues and taxes that are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or the transportation charges.
    DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS
    If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Photographic documentation is recommended as an additional precaution prior to opening damaged goods. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing material and parts intact. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
    We make every effort to insure that your product arrives within a reasonable amount of time. However, in the event of an error by the shipping company, we put a "tracer" on the package. The tracer will attempt to locate the order through the shipping company.
    You may re-order the product and it will shipped again, however your credit card will be charged for the additional product, and refunded when it's confirmed that your original order was indeed lost by the shipper. If both the new and original arrive, all you need to do is ship back one of the orders and we'll refund the proper amount to your credit card.
    RETURNS
    If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact us to make a return within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise posted. You may arrange a return by calling or emailing us. All returned merchandise must be new and resaleable, in its original cartons with packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions. Any returns received without prior arrangements or for reasons other than defective or damaged products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
