For your consideration this listing is for an 1878- U.S. .00 gold piece graded and slabbed by NGC in MS-62.  The coin pictured is the exact coin the winning buyer will receive.
Please be advised when coins are graded by either of the two top grading services in the country, either NGC or PCGS the grades given by them are consistent with the industry accepted norm.   They do not, however guarantee that there are no marks on the coin at all.  Just that the coin is accurately graded.
Furthermore, if there are any scratches, marks etc on the plastic slab it is done by the grading service and we have no control over that.   There can and may be variances from coin to coin.  We do our best to photograph and describe coins as accurately as possible.  In cases where there are multiple coins offered within a listing, coins can vary from the one pictured.  However, all coins are within the grade that has been assigned them by the grading service.  As such,  we can’t accept cancellations or returns
