Whizzer mechanical lead pencil with the floating plastic Whizzer motorbike that moves from side to side when you tip the pencil. There is Whizzer engraved around the metal body as pictured. As most of these go the plastic threads are stripped and it barely grips to the body of the pencil enough to set it in your display cabinets where all these are laid to rest.
