OK, so how often do you see these in a full set of the Navy issue, in blue?  For me the answer is 'Never before!"  Printed on a thin card stock, I am pretty sure what these are, but I am not an expert, and I guarantee them 100%.  a full set as shown, various shades, all clean, most hinged.  A great opportunity to won this hard to find set!

I try and Use First Class Mail and domestically it usually takes two weeks or MORE for delivery with the virus pandemic and the political intervention in the USPS!  International mail is facing pretty long delivery times – expect 4 weeks for delivery to Asia!   I use USPS First Class mail because most of what I sell fit in a standard envelope and costs are minimal AND I like to use US collectible stamps.
Downside, unless you buy a parcel or something over , I won’t typically provide tracking.

When I mail your purchase, I mark it as shipped on eBay.
On lots shown on stockpages or album pages, I typically do not ship on pages if the weight is heavy/postage costs are unreasonable.
