Millennium issue #71 in the collection Dumbo. Dumbo is seated in the middle of a blue star with a red circle behind it. At the top, in yellow & green, is "DUMBO" and at the bottom is "October 23, 1941" ( in silver).
The back is silver in color with embossed Mickey heads which are slanted across the pin and has 1 pin post.
