- All returns require authorization prior to being sent in. Please make contact through eBay for an RMA#. Returns will only be accepted for orders with new, un-used items w/ their original packaging in tact within the first 30 Days of receiving your order. All defective product claims need to be addressed by the manufacturer's tech department prior to being accepted as an approved return.
