    Description

1940's Shepard Home lift Elevator complete with everything needed to install! Even have the upstairs door!
Okay, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for you to own a historic working functional home lift elevator. I have installed one of these in my building and it is absolutely stunning. I purchased this one with a plan to have an elevator go to the roof but have decided I may not want to go through all these city codes to do this. this elevator is a true survivor, fully functioning and ready for install. I carefully meticulously remove this elevator piece by piece and have salvaged every single item from the removal. I have everything a person would need to install this in their home. I even have original Shepard home lift instructions for installation of one of these. I saved all the wood trim and door for the upstairs although it needs stripped and refinished. I will try to get all the sub components laid out and get better pictures, just know its all there!
If you want to see one of these in action check out my YouTube video

    and be amazed.
I am honestly a little reluctant to sell this but I will let it go if someone wants to pay a fair price for it. keep in mind, new modern small elevators of this size start at ,000 for plain Jane ugly white ones and ones that are finished in Wood are around K. So just in case you're wondering where I come up with my price, I think it's quite Fair. Considering I had to buy the elevator travel 500 miles with truck trailer and crew and all the tools to do this and remove it spend a night over and bring it back, I think my price is quite Fair.
So what I will do for the buyer, obviously this thing is local pickup only (Bring a trailer). I would want the buyer to plan to come and see me and spend an entire day with me learning about the elevator and how to install it. To be honest, it's not that complicated when you really get down to it but I would still want somebody to fully understand every working piece of the elevator and how to install it. since I have one of these functioning currently in my building it would be fairly easy for me to show you every aspect of the elevator as well as we could mock-up assemble it in my shop. Plan to spend a day and I will get you confident that you can install this thing. And then when you get knee deep in your install I will be phone support. I know these elevators inside and out.
I'm not desperate to sell it but like I said, I am probably not going to use it and storing it away seems unfair to the world.
I have had people travel over a thousand miles to come take pictures and film my elevator.

If you are thinking about a elevator and not wanting the modern ugly one, you better not miss this, I use mine multiple times a day, there is so much safety stuff on these it is amazing.
I don't want anybody to be disappointed, if you have questions or need additional documentation please feel free to ask, this is something you really need to see in person.
don't miss this opportunity, I am on a constant search for these elevators and in all my searching this is the only working example I found of this elevator, the one that I put in my building was not in working order and needed major renovation and work to get it where it is today.
